Returns & Refund policy:
General or sizing-related returns/ refunds are not accepted. Because every piece is a 1of1 or made to order, we cannot issue refunds or returns for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photo showing the quality issue.
For any quality issues, please contact within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide photos of the item with a description via our contact form. Claims made outside this timeframe are not eligible for review.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
